Aerospace and Defense Supplier Specialist

OEM Logistics, LLC is seeking a Supplier Specialist to manage suppliers and sub-tiers for the aerospace industry, ensuring customer requirements are met through partnership relationships, delivery performance tracking, and cross-functional communication.

Requirements

• US citizenship
• College degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of manufacturing experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Expertise in Supply Chain Management, Production Control, and Shop Floor Management
• Experience with continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing principles, Risk Management, Six Sigma, Kaizen events, PDCA
• Strong Project Management experience
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Professionalism, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong independent decision-making skills, excellent analytical skills and professional judgment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
