Job Description
We are seeking a Company Secretary to handle drafting, reviewing and finalisation of legal documents/agreements, provide secretarial and legal support to the board of directors and senior leadership team, and maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Recognized Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with a Membership Number
- 3-4 years experience handling company secretarial and Legal matters in a mid-size manufacturing organization
- Exposure to SAP Hana is an added advantage
