Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementing, maintaining, and auditing ISO standards
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field
- Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 implementation/auditing
- Certification in IATF 16949 is preferred
- Experience in Quality Tools (SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, and FMEA)
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or heavy industry sectors
- Good communicative competence and assertiveness
- Good negotiating skills with internal team and customers
