Head of Enterprise

Offchain Labs seeks a Head of Enterprise to own the commercial strategy and collaboration with Product for the company’s blockchain services platform. The ideal GM is a leader who can seamlessly navigate technical complexity, commercial strategy, and team management while maintaining deep customer focus and driving measurable business outcomes in the rapidly evolving blockchain ecosystem.

Requirements

• Commercial Strategy Responsibilities: Develop the commercial strategy (e.g. potential revenue streams, growth and go-to-market strategies) and success metrics for our platform offering.
• Customer Focus & Product Excellence: Maintain a razor sharp focus on delivering value to teams building onchain applications.
• Product Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to ensure the needs and feature requests of both existing and prospective customers are incorporated throughout the platform’s development.
• Cross-Functional Management: Build and lead a high-performing organization including product and design teams; coordinating closely with engineering leads.
