Head of Social

At Offchain Labs, we're building a movement by leading blockchain scalability and security. We're looking for a Head of Social to lead our organic strategy across platforms and elevate the brands within our suite of products.

Requirements

• 5+ years in social media marketing with direct experience in Web3
• Proven track record building and scaling social media accounts (X, LinkedIn & YouTube) with measurable impact
• Ability to turn complex technical concepts into accessible, compelling content for different audiences
• Experience managing and/or mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment that drives team success
