Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting professional for our Corporate Controller role in Bellevue, WA. The role is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing and optimizing our accounting processes, procedures, and tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in private company accounting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- CPA preferred
- Proficiency in corporate accounting and internal controls, including GAAP, and state and federal tax
- Proven track record of developing and mentoring a team
- Success in driving efficiencies and process improvements
- Ability to effectively work cross-functionally to drive results
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience presenting results to executive leadership
