Senior Quality Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Integrations Hub team. As the sole QA in the team, you will define testing standards, tools, and frameworks, and lead a plan to improve automation coverage and confidence in testing. You will also foster a culture where both developers and QA own quality and introduce an AI-first approach to testing.

Requirements

• Define testing standards, shared tooling, and frameworks
• Collaborate with QA peers to align on common approaches across the company
• Evaluate the team's current testing approach and own a milestone-based plan to uplift processes, methodologies, and tools
• Foster a culture where dev and QA in the Hub share responsibility for product quality
• Embed an AI-first approach in test design, execution, and analysis
• Set the bar for quality in the Hub and enable the whole team to act as QAs
• Build and maintain test environments, CI/CD quality, and product domain knowledge
