Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with a passion for Operational and Leadership Excellence to lead the CFC Operations team at Officeworks' state-of-the-art semi-automatic facility in Perth Airport. The CFC Operations Manager will ensure accurate and consistent order fulfilment and delivery for all Officeworks' customers and store operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience of successfully running a medium to large CFC, DC, or warehousing facility
- Focus on achieving operational, safety, and leadership excellence
- Strong communication and influence skills to keep teams engaged and inspired
- Ability to build meaningful and genuine relationships with team members and stakeholders
