Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic Store Business Manager to lead our North-West corridor team and drive exceptional customer experiences, commercial performance, and positive team culture. As a leader, you'll motivate a large team, coach and develop your people, and ensure safety and wellbeing. You'll also own overall store performance, maximise sales, and drive profitability growth while managing expenses and commercial success.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience guiding large, high-performing retail teams
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with a people-first mindset
- Commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L
- Flexibility to work across our span of hours
