Senior HR Generalist

Offworld Industries Ltd. is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join their People Team. The successful candidate will provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, address workplace concerns, and foster a positive and inclusive culture. The role involves designing and delivering training programs, managing performance management processes, and staying current on HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (BambooHR preferred)
• Solid understanding of employment standards and HR best practices
• Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently
