Job Description
As a Coffee Factory Manager, you will be responsible for the complete dry milling (curing works) for a large arabica coffee plantation, building and managing dry milling, coffee quality control, blending and shipment, and overseeing overall productivity & efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate in Technology, or Engineering or Technical Diploma
- Factory Management experience of 10 – 25 years
- In-depth knowledge of Engineering or Coffee Processing Machines
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
