Requirements

• Operate machinery that performs the cleaning and packaging of capsules
• Perform material handling, including transporting and organizing materials
• Complete light assembly tasks to support production needs
• Sanitize, maintain, and operate equipment in accordance with company and industry standards
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety
• Collaborate with the team to identify process and system improvements
• Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA, OSHA, and company-specific regulations
• Promptly escalate any safety or operational concerns to supervisors
• Participate actively in company-wide initiatives and discussions aimed at driving continuous improvement
