Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Plant Operations, or Internal Audit within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector
• Professional certifications such as Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000), NEBOSH, or CIA/CRMA
• Global or multi-site audit exposure is desirable
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 40–50%) to plant locations across regions
