As a 3GPP Standards Engineer, you will contribute to the development of global radio standardization specifications and be part of defining the future of wireless communication.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Ph.D. is strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience as a delegate in 3GPP standardization activities, particularly within RAN1 or RAN2.
- Proven expertise in leading the creation of Intellectual Property in the context of 3GPP standardization.
- In-depth understanding of 5G NR and next-generation wireless technologies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing, research, and technical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic priorities and organizational structures.
- Experience as a feature lead or rapporteur in RAN1 or RAN2 topics is preferred.
