Job Description
We're looking for a Finance Operations Manager to lead and optimize our core financial processes, improve how we operate across the finance lifecycle, and ensure scalable, accurate, and compliant processes that support strong cash flow management and financial controls.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in management accounting, finance operations or shared services, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- Proven experience owning day to day finance processes in a scaling business
- Experience in standardising processes and building a Centre of Excellence within a Finance operations or similar environment
- Deep understanding of systems and controls (e.g. NetSuite, Eftsure, OFX, Xero)
- Past experiences in Freight or Logistics industry
- Strong issue resolution mindset with a data-led approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
