People Partner

Join Ofload as a People Partner to be a trusted advisor to leaders across our teams, supporting them through growth, change, and team development, while keeping the fundamentals of the employee lifecycle running well.

Requirements

• 2 years+ experience in HR function, with at least 1 year in a Business Partner or Advisor role
• Background in people ops / operations/ finance will be highly regarded
• Sound business acumen and proven experience in partnering with leaders in a fast-paced, scaling organisations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of leadership
• Experience with organisational design, workforce planning, and change management
• Demonstrated ability to coach leaders through performance and employee relations matters
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging people data to drive insights
• Sound knowledge of Australian Employment Law
