OFX is seeking an Art Director to lead the transformation of its creative identity, shaping the brand's DNA and defining its visual systems, and leading an internal team to develop and execute high-quality creative campaigns.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in art direction, design, or creative leadership within high-growth agencies, B2B Saas, or studios
- Demonstrable experience in leading and mentoring creative teams
- A portfolio that shows concept-led thinking, world-building campaigns, and exceptional craft
- Proven ability to translate strategy and insight into bold, compelling creative ideas
- Experience building scalable creative systems and frameworks that enable high-volume execution
- Proficiency with modern creative tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, motion tools) and familiarity with AI-assisted workflows
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and influence skills
- Comfortable working at pace in an evolving environment and in ambiguity; resilient, adaptable, resourceful and positive
