Job Description
OFX is a leading financial operations company that provides real-time financial control and visibility to businesses and accounting firms worldwide. The Head of Compliance, APAC, is responsible for managing and maintaining the compliance program for APAC, leading the APAC Compliance team, and providing strategic compliance advice to the APAC leadership team.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications / professional qualification in a Law, Commerce or Business and/ or technical discipline.
- 10+ years of financial services experience with a strong risk management and compliance background.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience for a division of a large corporation.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of financial services and AML legislation in Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, with additional Asian markets also desirable.
