Requirements

• Supporting the Customer Happiness team in answering customer inquiries and performing general administrative tasks
• Consulting and supporting customers by phone, email, chat, and social media
• Participating in the creation and maintenance of FAQ documents and consulting materials
• Supporting the organization and implementation of customer workshops and events
• Recording and evaluating customer feedback to continuously improve our service offerings
