Ogilvy Greece seeks to recruit a Performance Marketing Manager to join its award-winning team and one of its fastest-growing units.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance media (agency or client side)
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta platforms, display advertising, and programmatic channels (e.g., DV360)
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Analytics, Web Analytics, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- Highly proficient in reporting through Google Looker Studio
- Deep knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Advanced measurement experience like BLS, Viewability, Cross-Channels efficiencies, etc.
- Experience in SEO including audits, keyword research, and content strategies
- Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint are highly desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation, and management skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
