Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience within a healthcare communications agency or an internal healthcare business or medical education service, with an emphasis on non-promotional medical education activities.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Practical knowledge of different medical communication formats (print, digital, in-person or virtual events).
- High autonomy, initiative, and ability to evolve in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
- Financial management skills, including budget estimations and project profitability management.
- Strong interest in science, health, and medical communications, with a strong desire for ongoing learning.
- Exemplary attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently, assume responsibilities, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent listening, learning, and value-adding skills to clients and the agency.
- Ability to integrate company values and principles into business decision-making.
