- Advanced proficiency in intelligence and monitoring platforms
- Expert knowledge of the social media landscape, internet culture, and platform-specific trends
- Proven ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful, strategic insights
- Excellent reporting and storytelling skills-visually and verbally
- Strong interpersonal and client communication skills; confident in presenting to senior stakeholders
