Ogilvy has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join one of our Top 10 accounts, where everyone plays to their strengths delivering award-winning campaigns. As a Social & Influence Director, you will manage your workload autonomously, taking full responsibility for the quality and end-to-end execution of multiple social and influencer programs.
Requirements
- A passion for social and influencer marketing with a minimum of two years' experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proven experience in autonomously managing multiple social and influencer campaigns from start to finish, including budget and timeline management.
- A track record of building strong client relationships and proactively managing their expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and escalate appropriately.
- Experience in guiding or mentoring junior team members is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate effectively across teams.
