As an Account Group Supervisor, you will serve as a trusted day-to-day partner to our clients in the dynamic pharmaceutical advertising space, expertly managing client relationships, anticipating their needs, and driving omnichannel projects.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Advertising, with a strong preference for HCP advertising, digital marketing, and passion for psychiatry and neurology.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and effectively problem-solve, with the ability to command a room with confident and clear communication.
- Demonstrated high degree of digital acumen and a deep understanding of the customer experience.
- Prior internal team and client management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting strategic and tactical plans.
- Exceptional client engagement skills, including proactive and vocal communication, meeting management, presentation development and delivery, and responsiveness to questions/issues.
- Strong financial management skills, including experience with project budgets, financial reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly), and annual SOW.
