Account Supervisor

Ogilvy Health Canada is seeking an Account Supervisor to oversee project delivery, manage ongoing project progress, and develop strategic planning skills. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare experience and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years related pharmaceutical/healthcare experience from agency, marketing and/or medical education account management experience
• Knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic potential and interest
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively
• Proactive, can-do attitude to finding solutions
• Self-motivation, willingness to stay up to date in a fast-paced environment, engagement, and persistence
• Ability to listen, learn and add value
• For Canadian Accounts: PAAB and ASC experience and negotiation skills
• Experience in building estimates and managing project profitability, financial management abilities
• Ability to work independently and to take ownership while being a team player and mindful of others (partnership attitude)
• Meticulous attention to detail and a service attitude
