Ogilvy Health Canada is seeking an Account Supervisor to oversee project delivery, manage ongoing project progress, and develop strategic planning skills. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years related pharmaceutical/healthcare experience from agency, marketing and/or medical education account management experience
- Knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic potential and interest
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively
- Proactive, can-do attitude to finding solutions
- Self-motivation, willingness to stay up to date in a fast-paced environment, engagement, and persistence
- Ability to listen, learn and add value
- For Canadian Accounts: PAAB and ASC experience and negotiation skills
- Experience in building estimates and managing project profitability, financial management abilities
- Ability to work independently and to take ownership while being a team player and mindful of others (partnership attitude)
- Meticulous attention to detail and a service attitude
