Influence Manager

As an Influence Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple influencer campaigns from start to finish, including budget and timeline management. You will act as a role model for Ogilvy's values, building trusted client relationships and communicating effectively across internal teams. A key part of your role will be to support the growth of junior team members by providing constructive feedback, sharing knowledge, and acting as an informal mentor.

Requirements

• A passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of two years' experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proven experience in autonomously managing multiple influencer campaigns from start to finish, including budget and timeline management.
• Platform knowledge and expertise in Linkedin and YouTube (with new platforms like Substack a bonus)
• Skilled at cultivating relationships with subject matter experts, business leaders and executives.
• Curiosity and ability to understand deep technical and industry expertise and craft multi-stakeholder messaging
• A track record of building strong client relationships and proactively managing their expectations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and escalate appropriately.
• Experience in guiding or mentoring junior team members is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A commitment to your own growth, with a keen interest in keeping up-to-date with influencer marketing trends and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
