As an Influence Manager at Ogilvy, you will be an essential part of our influencer proposition, covering the full range of influencer work. You will develop best-in-class ongoing influencer programs for our diverse range of clients, integrating them into the overall strategy for owned, earned, and paid channels.
Requirements
- A passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of two years' experience in the field.
- Self-motivated, action-oriented, and ambitious with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- A keen interest in all things social and an avid follower of relevant news and trends.
- Experience in working in a regulated category
- Experience in culture driving campaigns
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Demonstrated experience in building consistently productive relationships.
- The ability to remain optimistic under pressure.
- Strong experience in key stakeholder management.
- A creative outlook with the ability to achieve the full potential from projects, keeping abreast of and utilising new industry developments and technology.
- Proven experience of integrating digital and social media in campaign activity.
