Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of multiple, concurrent projects within an assigned portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale omni-channel initiatives from start to finish, with a proven ability to deliver on budget, on time, on scope, and to the required quality standards within a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management, with progressive responsibility
• Proven ability to lead and manage large, complex initiatives from initiation through close-out
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively support multiple client projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated success development and managing project budgets
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration and convey project updates accurately
• A growth mindset with an insatiable appetite to learn
• Interest in science, health & wellness
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy at all times
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving industry
• Strong knowledge and applied experience of project management principals, and methodologies (such as waterfall, and agile)
• Experience managing complex workflows in enterprise PM tools (e.g., Workfront) with high-volume asset tracking
