Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a social media agency or equivalent
- Wide knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Experience managing content and campaigns
- Ability to lead an account and manage budgets and timings
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Financially savvy and able to work with clients to deliver proposals within budgets
- Strong understanding of strategy and ability to work towards strategic objectives
- Confident leading conversations and problem-solving in the moment
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resources across complex matrix organizations
- Understanding of the strategic and business context of the client
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with other capabilities and crafts
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to consider different angles on a brief
