Social Business Director

As a Social Business Director at Ogilvy, you will lead large, complex social-first projects and manage key campaigns for an exciting tech client portfolio. You will provide senior-level strategic guidance to clients and lead an integrated team to deliver best-in-class social content and campaigns. You will also build trusted partner relationships with senior-level clients and manage multi-level stakeholders in complex organizations.

Requirements

• Strong skills in paid and organic social, with experience across a wide variety of clients and projects
• Experience in managing large, complex projects, and leading integrated teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present work to clients and motivate teams
• Good commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of how to manage resource requirements, ensure profitability, and drive growth
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to develop effective solutions to complex problems
