Client Services Manager

The Client Services Manager at Ogury plays a key role in ensuring the day-to-day success of a defined portfolio of client accounts. This position combines strong client relationship management with hands-on campaign execution and performance oversight across Ogury’s advertising solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in client services, account management, or campaign operations within digital media, adtech, or programmatic advertising
• Strong client communication skills, with the ability to build trust and manage multiple stakeholders
• A data-driven mindset and comfort analyzing performance metrics to drive optimization and insights
• Solid understanding of campaign setup, trafficking, and performance management across digital channels
• Ability to manage priorities independently while knowing when to escalate and collaborate
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a desire to grow into a more strategic role
