Job Description
Ogury is a global adtech company seeking an Engineering Program Management Director to act as the operational backbone of their Engineering department. The successful candidate will support Product Managers in roadmap execution, act as a bridge between technical teams and leadership, and drive the definition of critical R&D processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Program Management, or IT Operations.
- Solid experience with Agile practices and scaling Scrum methodologies in distributed environments.
- Advanced expertise in Atlassian tools, including Jira (Data Center/Cloud), Confluence, and JQL.
- Proven program management experience, including roadmap planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Technical ability to build internal tools and automations.
- Familiarity with R&D finance processes.
- Experience with knowledge management platforms and AI-driven documentation tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
