Job Description
Ohel is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to provide intensive short-term case management for individuals with Severe Mental Illness. The role includes transition planning, counseling, and follow-up with treatment providers.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling or a related field required (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC)
- Knowledge of mental illness, substance use disorders, and NYC behavioral health programs
- Knowledge of treatment and rehabilitation programs
- Knowledge of techniques for identifying and preventing potentially violent behavior, including crisis management techniques
