Job Description
This position ensures delivery of quality patient care by nursing personnel and other staff in designated area of responsibility via effective planning, organization, and evaluation of use of material, fiscal and human resources. He/She integrates the Nursing Philosophy along with the mission, vision, values, goals and objectives of OhioHealth in Department operations.
Requirements
- Master's Degree with a focus in Nursing
- Current BLS Provider
- licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio
- 5 years management Experience
- 3 years clinical nursing in health care setting
