Job Description
This is a full-time, evening shift position at Doctors Hospital. The Pharmacy Coordinator - Operations assists with the planning and implementation of operational and clinical initiatives, including continuous quality improvement, regulatory compliance, safety plan management, and daily operations management.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
- Current Ohio pharmacist license
- 5 years of experience
- Basic Life Support Certification
- ASHP accredited residency or equivalent pharmacy practice experience
- Pharmacy Board Certifications or other certifications
- Advanced-level degree in healthcare field
- Collaborative practice experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
- Pharmacokinetic drug dosing experience
- Drug therapy management
