Sr Clinical Consultant Social Worker - Supportive and Palliative Care Clinic (MSW/LISW)

This position ensures organizational excellence related to customer service and quality of care while promoting excellence in the cultural experience at assigned hospital. The Social Worker MSW, LISW provides services to patients, families, and significant others, including biopsychosocial assessments, psychiatric diagnoses, treatment plans, and therapy sessions. This role involves advanced functions, including staff education, development, training, mentoring, project development, and administrative or supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Master's Degree: Social Work
• LISW - Licensed Independent Social Worker
• LPCC - Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors
• Medical terminology knowledge and an understanding of disease process
• Ability to act quickly and work in high stress situations
