Job Description
This position is responsible for basic maintenance and facility upkeep, including general maintenance, preventative maintenance, grounds keeping, and painting, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a healthcare environment.
Requirements
- High School or GED
- DL - Driver's License
- 2-3 yrs. in commercial or building maintenance
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems and commercial heating and cooling
- Building safety codes and working with blueprints
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
