Staffing Office Coordinator - Full Time, Nights -- Information Services

This position will provide administrative assistance in supporting departments across the OhioHealth system by utilizing standard work and critical thinking to proactively deploy designated resources to the greatest need.

Requirements

• Manage team schedule
• Maintain/process time sheets, timecard & payroll corrections, payroll reports, time and attendance reports
• Provide customer service/administrative duties as assigned by Leadership
• Oversee data collection and maintenance of the department information
• Order, track inventory/supplies, and expenses for department needs
• Troubleshoot PC's, monitors, printers, fax machines, etc.
