Job Description
The Business Unit Controller is a crucial role in supporting the organization operationally and strategically. The ideal candidate will provide strategic collaboration with the Business Unit General Manager and be proactive in managing the financial aspects of the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required)
- CPA, CMA, or MBA (preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting
- Minimum of 3 years as a plant controller or finance leadership role
- Experience in manufacturing preferred
- Strong knowledge of cost account and inventory management
- Lead financial audit
- Aerospace & Defense industry experience a plus
