
Job description
The Digital Marketing Specialist owns execution of revenue-driving digital programs across key Stow brands, directly accountable for weekly lead volume targets. This role is the operational engine of generating and converting demand — running campaigns, managing automation, and ensuring lead data integrity throughout the CRM.
Plan, execute, and optimize acquisition tactics across paid search, paid social, and emerging demand channels. Manage daily budgets, identify performance gaps, and support affiliate marketing program. Build, test, and deploy automated programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, maintain lead data integrity, and support Sales team with CRM tooling.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a strong analytical skillset and ability to interpret campaign data. They should be comfortable using AI-powered tools and have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics 4.
