Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience supervising/managing people in production operations
• Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to positively motivate individuals and teams
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, communication skills
• Ability to interface with personnel across all levels of the business
