Job Description
A Quality Control Engineer is responsible for maintaining and overseeing NDT compliance, supervising daily shop floor inspection activities, and preparing quality plans, Inspection Test Plans, and inspection notifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Professional certifications such as AWS or CSWIP Welding Inspector and ASNT NDT Level II or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a QC Engineer
- At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing, repair, or remanufacturing of drilling equipment and tubular products
- Experience supervising inspection teams, training personnel, and participating in quality audits
