Insulation Installer

OJ Insulation is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Commercial Insulation Installers, enhancing energy efficiency and comfort for clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an insulation installer is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a valid driver's license
• Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces and elevated surfaces.
• Experience in the construction Industry a plus
• Able to climb up and down a ladder, scaffolds, and work within the framing of the building
• Able to perform basic math skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently or with a crew
• Able to climb into, operate, and work in an aerial lift
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring and cutting insulation materials.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and the importance of workplace safety.
