Requirements
- Minimum three years of demonstrated experience as a Line Cook.
- High school diploma (or equivalent), culinary degree or certificate a plus.
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
- Good to excellent knife skills.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
- Ability to work in an environment with high heat, steam, and noise.
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day.
