Job Description
Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and engineering functions for the resort. The role involves understanding tools and techniques, interacting with guests, and ensuring a positive guest experience. It's a night shift position, 4:30pm - 1:30am, with a 40% off Spa Treatments on weeks including Thursday.
Requirements
- General knowledge of tools and methods used in building maintenance
- Ability to use hand tools and equipment, measure distances and calculate quantities, and read blueprints
- Ability to operate light to heavy machinery, vehicles, and equipment
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to work flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, weekdays and holidays)
