Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a Restaurant Front of House Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage front-of-house staff, and provide exceptional guest service.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a resort, hotel, or upscale dining environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a successful FOH team.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards, guest relations, and team supervision.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in restaurant POS systems, scheduling platforms, and basic financial reporting.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable.
- Must possess a valid New Mexico Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server’s License prior to hire and maintain both in active status throughout employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Comfortable working outdoors and navigating various terrain in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, sit, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and push/pull/lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- This role requires the ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, auditory focus, and visual attention.
