Spa Supervisor

Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a Spa Supervisor to contribute to our commitment to exceptional guest experiences. As a supervisor, you will assist Spa Management with spa activities, supervise spa team members, and provide coaching opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of spa experience with supervisory duties preferred
• CPR certification preferred
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Reliability and punctuality are critical
• Ability to work in a quiet environment
• Ability to handle exposure to heat and steam from the sauna and steam rooms
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Ability to stand and move for eight hours or more per day
• Positive, friendly attitude with guests
