Job Description
As a member of the Guest Service Team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service for our guests, providing a positive first impression, and contributing to maintaining a functional course.
Requirements
- Provide exceptional service to guests
- Maintain a clean and orderly appearance
- Assist in maintaining a clean environment
- Upsell at every opportunity
- Work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments
- Demonstrate initiative and solve guest concerns
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints
- Lift, reach, bend, twist, push, pull, squat, grasp, and use arm-hand coordination
- Work weekends and holidays, mornings, and evenings
