Maintenance Technician I - Plant Operations

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support plant operations by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment.

Requirements

• Support Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949)
• Adhere to all safety policies and wear required PPE at all times
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Respond to emergency and unscheduled repairs during production
• Replace defective components and test for proper functionality
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Identify and report abnormal equipment conditions
• Perform general facility maintenance (light plumbing, painting, minor repairs)
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Maintain consistent attendance and professional communication
