Senior Manager Test Engineering

Oklo is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Manager of Test Engineering to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of test programs across their engineering portfolio. The role involves building teams, developing infrastructure, and ensuring high-quality, traceable data is provided to support licensing and deployment of Oklo's reactors. This position focuses on delivering robust test data that enables technology to move quickly and confidently through design, licensing, and deployment.

Requirements

• Own the roadmap for Oklo’s hardware test infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain a structured approach for test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, and complex projects.
• Lead procurement and integration of major test equipment and facilities.
• Ensure data quality, traceability, and configuration control.
• Build interfaces with safety, licensing, and regulatory teams.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing test engineering team.
